Alveolaria Busk, 1859

Type species: Alveolaria semiovata Busk, 1859

This species is the same as Blumenbachium globosum Koenig, 1825, the type species of Blumenbachium Koenig, 1825. Blumenbachium is therefore the senior synonym of Alveolaria (see Balson & Taylor, 1982)
