Latereschara d'Orbigny, 1852

Type species: Eschara achates d'Orbigny, 1851

According to Taylor, Martha & Gordon, 2018, the type species is the only one recognised as belonging to this genus. This leaves "L".galeata and the species described by Brydone in the second list as incertae sedis at present.
