Sagenella Hall, 1851

Type species: Sagenella membranacea Hall, 1851

The synonymy of the type species with Aulopora consimilis Lonsdale, 1839 is not accepted in Brood (1975). Snell (2004) considers this synonymy to be possible but unconfirmed until re-examination of type material.
